Appointments/ Provision of Products and Services

If we are unable to contact You to confirm Your appointment we may treat the appointment as cancelled.

We may also refuse to accept or process a transaction for any product or services for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to You or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product or service. If You have already paid for the service, we will recommend an alternative product and/or service and will/may process Your refund.

Representation and Warranties
No representation or warranty is made by the Company that the use of the Products and/or Services will meet the Client’s requirements, irrespective of whether we have knowledge of Your expectations as regards the use of the Products and/or the Services. No representation or warranty with respect to merchantability, quality, fitness for any particular purpose, condition, durability or suitability of the Products and/or the Services is given or implied by the Company. All guarantees, warranties and conditions (including any conditions as to quality or fitness for any particular purpose) whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions are hereby excluded and negatived. You acknowledge that You are accepting the Products and/or Services at his/her own risk.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, obligations and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of Your use of and access to the Site and/or Your breach of any term of these Terms and Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for claims arising from Your use of non-Company branded Products. Governing Law
The laws of the Singapore, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Conditions and Your use of the Site.

Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Site, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Term and Conditions shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
