As part of total patient care, we offer a range of health concierge services for both international and Singapore-based patients to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

Our health concierge for Singapore-based patients provides support for those who require post-surgical care, such as the removal of stitches or dressing or any other follow-up examination, following a procedure carried out overseas. Such patients are highly encouraged to consult our doctors prior to making the trip, to enable us to liaise with the overseas physician and ensure delivery of the required care and attention.

Our health concierge for international patients offers to remove all hassle, from the moment they begin planning their trip to our clinic to the time of their departure following the completion of their treatment. Our team stands ready to assist with:

• Scheduling of medical appointments
• Specialist doctor recommendations
• Flight and hotel arrangements
• Chauffeur or transfer services
• Personal medical butler services
• Other medical support services

Most of our procedures involve minimal downtime. However, for those who would prefer a hospital stay or private nursing care, we will assign a personal medical butler to be on service throughout their stay.
